How to Make a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@theconceptdubai.com. Our Customer Care team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Return Policy:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, smoke, or makeup stains, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Hygiene stickers (where applicable) must remain attached.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will be charged at the same rate as the original shipping fee.
- For UAE orders, items (including faulty products) must be returned within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchange Policy:
- For UAE orders, items (including faulty products) must be returned within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
- Items must meet the same condition requirements listed under the Return Policy.
- We do not offer free exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Processing Time:
- All returns and exchanges are processed within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
- You will receive an email confirmation approving your return or exchange within 48 hours of submitting your request.
